On Friday, July 20, 2018, at approximately 4 p.m. officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Linda Dr, Fairview Heights for a 911 call of a fight in progress.
When officers arrived, they found a Fairview Heights man stabbed several times. The victim was conscious and breathing when officers got to the residence and able to tell officers what had occurred. Officers learned the victim and his brother had gotten into a fight. During the course of the fight,

25 years of age
Fairview Heights, IL
produced a knife subsequently cutting and stabbing the victim. Webb entered a vehicle and began to drive away toward the victim in a manner the victim believed Webb was trying to run him over. The car ran into the home located where the incident occurred causing damage to both the house and the vehicle. Witnesses at the scene provided a description of the vehicle and possible destination for Webb.
Webb was later located in the vehicle by Shiloh Police and later transported to the FHPD.
On Saturday, July 21, 2018, the case was presented to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney for charges. Webb has been charged with two felony counts:
Aggravated Domestic Battery
Webb is currently in the custody of the St. Clair County Jail with a $60,000 bond.
The victim experienced non-life-threatening injuries from the incident and later refused to be transported to the hospital by EMS.
